Background check-ins never send, book, buy or use the browser. Suggestions you leave alone close after three days. Andi keeps quiet hours and can send a daily digest.

Some crews pick up the phone for you, and only when you ask. The Meeting Scheduler Crew books appointments. On Personal Pro the Bill Negotiator and Home Management crews call too, and the Party Planner can call a booked vendor to reconfirm.

  • On Free and Personal, calls go out between 8am and 9pm at the destination.
  • Every call starts with an introduction as your assistant, and Andi is honest about being an AI when asked.
  • If someone does not want to talk with an AI, the call ends politely.
  • Andi limits how often a number is dialed, so no one gets called over and over.
  • Andi does not record any calls, and tells you what happened in call notes.

Searches the web, compares products and options, and writes what it finds into a clear report. Use it before you buy, book or decide.

Document Crew

Pulls details out of receipts, statements, bills, pay stubs and tax forms, and makes PDFs such as expense reports.

Image Generator Crew

Creates and edits images from a plain description. Use it for social posts, mockups and marketing assets.

Todo Crew

Add tasks by chatting with Andi, organize them across lists, and check them off as you go. Your lists are also kept in your Library.

Social Coordinator Crew

Shares a poll link that you send to your friends, who vote with no account needed. Andi then confirms the meetup, adds it to your calendar and emails friends who shared their address. This crew does not book restaurant reservations or send texts.

Gift Recommender Crew

Learns about the people you shop for and keeps track of their birthdays and other occasions. Then it suggests gift ideas that fit them.

Usage

How usage works

Every plan comes with an amount of usage each month. A quick question uses a little, and bigger jobs use more. Paid plans have unlimited chat with Andi. On Free, chat counts toward your monthly usage.

  • Bigger jobs use more. Phone calls on Personal Pro, research, bill negotiation, and building documents and resumes use more of your monthly usage than a quick question.

  • Your usage meter keeps count. It shows how much is left and when it resets.

  • Andi warns you early. You get a warning at 80 percent and again at 90 percent.

  • If you run out, Andi pauses until your usage resets or you upgrade.

Questions about crews

What is a crew?

A crew is a specialist AI team that Andi brings in when a request needs real work, like booking an appointment by phone, finding jobs or sorting your email. You just chat, and Andi decides which crew fits. You never have to pick one yourself or learn a new tool.

Which crews are on each plan?

Every plan, including Free, has nine Foundation crews, which are Communications, Document, Research, Image Generator, Todo, Job Finder, Social Coordinator, Gift Recommender and Meeting Scheduler. Personal adds Budgeting, Travel and Complaint Resolution. Personal Pro adds Bill Negotiator, Home Management and Party Planner.

How does monthly usage work?

Free has a starter amount of monthly usage, Personal has 10x more monthly usage than Free, and Personal Pro has 3x more than Personal. Bigger jobs use more than a quick question, and your usage meter shows how much is left and when it resets. If you run out, Andi pauses until your usage resets or you upgrade.

Does Andi really make phone calls for me?

Yes, and only when you ask. The Meeting Scheduler Crew phones businesses to book appointments, and on Personal Pro the Bill Negotiator and Home Management crews call too. Andi does not record any calls and no audio is saved. A written note of each call is kept with its details, and you can ask us to delete it. The privacy policy explains what is kept.

Will Andi send or buy anything without asking me?

No. Andi asks before sending a message, buying something or changing your accounts. In the background Andi only suggests, and anything Andi prepares waits for your Approve. You can see what Andi did and why.

Can Andi cancel my subscriptions or book my trip?

No. Andi flags a price jump but does not cancel subscriptions for you. For trips, you book flights and hotels through the links Andi finds, and Andi never pays without your approval.
