On paid plans (Personal and above), you get unlimited chat with Andi. Ask questions, get advice, brainstorm ideas, and get help with any task, and none of it draws down your monthly usage. Only crew actions do. On the Free plan, chat draws down your 50 credits very slowly: every 10 questions uses a single credit, so most of your allowance stays available for crew work. This lets you try everything before committing.
Credits are how we measure the work your crews do for you. Simple things cost very little. Bigger jobs that involve research, phone calls, or several crews working together cost more. Here is what common requests actually cost:
- Add something to your task list: 1 credit
- Send an email: 2 credits
- Research a topic for you: 5 credits
- Find gift ideas for someone: 8 credits
- Search for side gigs: 10 credits

Plain chat with Andi is separate and much cheaper. On paid plans it is unlimited and costs nothing at all. On the Free plan, every 10 questions you ask uses a single credit.
Every plan comes with a monthly pool of credits: 50 on Free, 500 on Personal, and 1,500 on Personal Pro. Because chat is free on paid plans, your credits go entirely to crew work. That means a Personal plan covers roughly 60 gift searches, 100 research requests, or 250 emails a month.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to new features and your billing will be prorated. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
When you use up your monthly credits, crews pause until your next billing cycle. Your usage resets on your billing date, not on the first of the month. You can upgrade anytime for more, and the upgrade takes effect immediately. Booking calls are counted separately: if you still have booking calls left this month, Andi can still make them.
