Andi keeps an eye on things in the background and suggests ways to help. When Andi prepares something, like a reply, you see exactly what would go out. Nothing happens until you tap Approve. Background check-ins never send, book, buy or use the browser.
Quiet hours run from 9pm to 8am, and a daily digest rounds up what Andi noticed.
Booking calls
Booking calls are the calls Andi makes to schedule things for you, like a dentist visit or a car service. Your plan sets how many count each month.
A person picks up and talks with Andi. That is one booking call.
Nobody picks up but Andi leaves a voicemail for them. That counts too.
Busy lines, no answers and calls that never connect do not use up your calls.

Your plan comes with a monthly amount of usage. A quick question uses a little. Bigger jobs use more.
Phone calls on Personal Pro, research, bill negotiation and building documents and resumes use more of your monthly usage than a quick question.
On paid plans, chat with Andi is unlimited. On Free, chat counts toward your monthly usage.
Your usage meter shows how much is left and when it resets. Andi warns you at 80 and 90 percent.
Andi pauses until your usage resets or you upgrade. On Free and Personal, booking calls are counted separately, so you may still have calls left.

Models
On Personal Pro you choose the model for any message. On Personal, Andi picks for you, using Claude Sonnet 5 and Haiku 4.5. We add new frontier models as they launch.
ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro and Google AI Pro are about $20 each as of October 2026. Personal Pro is $40 and lets you use models from all three, plus your crews.
