Have you ever made a great list in a chat and then lost it as you scrolled? That is frustrating, and we wanted to fix it. So we built the Library, and we hope it makes your days a little easier.

What is the Library?

The Library is a new place inside the Androcrew app. The lists, boards and trackers Andi makes for you are saved there. So are your images and files. You can come back to them any time you like.

On the web, look for Library in the side menu. On your phone, tap the menu button at the top of the screen and you will find Library there.

Lists that really work

Before, a list lived in the chat and then scrolled away. Now Andi can build a live page for you instead.

Ask Andi for a list of things to do and you get a real checklist. Tap an item to check it off and your checkmark is saved. Close the app and come back next week, and your items are still checked.

What can Andi make?

Here are a few things you can ask for, and there are plenty more.

  • A shopping list or a list of chores.
  • A checklist to get ready for a trip, like passport, visas and bookings.
  • A shopping list for your party, sorted by store.
  • A gift ideas board for the people you love.
  • A budget and savings tracker.

The budget tracker is a little special. It pulls fresh numbers from your connected accounts each time you open it, and those numbers are not saved in your Library.

Your images and resumes show up here too, along with files you have added yourself. It is all in one place.

Find things fast

As your Library grows, it stays easy to use. You can filter by type, search, and pin your favorites to keep them close. You can also group items into collections, like one called "Japan trip".

Or you can just ask. Say "find my shopping list" and Andi brings it up with a link.

Change things by chatting

You do not have to fiddle with the page or learn any new tools. Just tell Andi what you want in the chat. Say "add milk to my shopping list" and the page updates. The items you already checked stay checked.

When Andi creates or finds something, the link opens it right there. When you close it, you land back where you were in the app. There is also a way to jump back to the chat that made it.

How we keep your Library safe

Keeping your things safe is our top priority. Here is how we protect your Library.

  • Every page Andi builds runs in a sandbox, kept apart from the rest of the app and from your account.
  • A page cannot reach out to the internet on its own. It also cannot see your login or your other items.
  • A page can only save its own data, like checkmarks and notes.
  • Our systems check every save to make sure it belongs to you and is a reasonable size.
  • Your Library is private to your account, and it has no public sharing.
  • Budget numbers are fetched when you open a tracker and are not stored in your Library.

We review and test it carefully, and automated security checks run on every update.
